Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Studio System Pro ("we", "us") for using studiosystempro.com and the Studio System Pro software (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company too.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to it.
Each seat is for one person. Don't share sign-ins.

Beta

During the invitation-only beta, features may change, and things may occasionally break. Beta access is free and may end or change at any time; we'll give testers notice before the beta ends and explain what happens to their accounts.

Plans, payment and AI credits

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel any time in My Account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
AI credits are used by AI features, such as AI script breakdown. Monthly credits included in a plan don't roll over. Credits you buy are used after your monthly ones run out.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments and credit purchases aren't refundable.
If we change prices, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

Your content

Your scripts, budgets, schedules, call sheets and everything else you put in are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share them with (including sending them to our service providers, such as our AI provider when you use AI features). You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including any personal details of cast, crew and contacts.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright;
try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or usage limits;
overload, disrupt, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service;
use the service to send spam or harmful content.

AI features

AI features can make mistakes. Results such as breakdowns, budget drafts and schedules are a starting point: check them before relying on them, especially for budgets, safety and legal matters.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, and we back it up every night, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time in My Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or production delays). Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
